| Spectacular; no better way to describe the Columbia River Gorge. Wishram - the heart of BNSF operations in Gorge - can be seen from a bluff along the road leading out of town. From this height, we can see the Wishram Yard, as well as the Celilo Bridge leading to the Oregon Trunk Line (which with the other end being the Keddie Wye, may have the most scenic ends points of any rail line in the Nation) and the UP mainline across the river. |
