| When M338 and M337 meet on the Dubuque Sub east of Waterloo, usually that means things aren't running on time in Iowa. Here we have a small 338 that's early in the siding, and a late 337 blasting by. 337 was delayed during the day today due to restricted speed needed due to heavy storms damage that hit Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. |
