Rebuilt by Relco in Albia, IA in July of 2013, BNSF 972554, a "RSP38-2" basks in the Winter morning sun in Glendive, Mont. Upon further examination of the rotary, the lead truck is powered has traction motors. Definitely a unique beast that one day I'd like to see throw some snow.
