| The shunter watches with an eagle eye as Saiccor pulp mill's 70-year-old 19D locomotive eases over the ash pits for a bit of fire cleaning. On Tuesday 12 August, No.2's fire will be dropped for the last time, ending 150 years of commercial steam locomotive operations in South Africa. |
