Remarks & Notes

The Delaware Otsego leased the Susquehanna in 1980, and ended up acquiring it outright in 1982. Soon thereafter, motive power reassignments started to happen. The Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley received NYS&W RS1 238, one of the units that helped to accomplish full dieselization of the Susquehanna in the late 1940's.
