Coos Bay Rail Link's train to Eugene arrives in little Noti, Oregon, on August 26th, 2015. The eastbound, powered by GP38s 3877 and 3876 (formerly Southern Railway 2813 and 2796) and GP38M 3802 (ex-Baltimore & Ohio GP40 3730), the train will pick up four cars and drop three empties and depart for Eugene with 80 cars.
