Jersey Central’s HX tower in Palmerton, Pennsylvania has long been abandoned, and the graffiti artists have started to make their claim to its brick walls. HX controlled Hazard interlocking, which provided access to a yard that was the interchange with the New Jersey Zinc Company’s Chestnut Ridge Railway.
