| After making a crew swap at Webb (MP-334.6 (CP) Webb) on this extremely muggy night CT dispatcher finally give a restriction board to the empty NS 701 coal bucket to proceed off the main 2 track to the single main to depart heading End than turn north on the NS West-End Div for Knoxville, TN. |
