| High hood NS GP38-2 #5154 leads southbound Norfolk Southern manifest train #371 through the East Tyler Street grade crossing in Dalton, Georgia just north of CP "Hair", milepost 40 of the NS Atlanta North District. The train will setoff the head 17 cars in the small NS yard a few miles to the south at CP "Walnut". Honestly, when I heard the train blowing for some grade crossings just north of my location I couldn't believe my ears. It was great to catch a high hood locomotive leading a road train though! |
