Remarks & Notes

An NS eastbound is about to hit the diamond with the Indiana Hi-Rail at Browns, Illinois on an August afternoon in 1992. This Indiana Hi-Rail line, formerly Illinois Central and originally the Peoria, Decatur & Evansville Railway, was still active in 1992, but has since been removed. The train passes Relco S2 #1032, leased to the grain elevator.
