The last train to ever operate on the MMA Stanbridge Sub. The ex-MMA Stanbridge Sub (now owned by CMQ) has had crossings paved over in Farnham and in Bedford, thus sealing the fate of the line. This means that the train that was stranded on the line for nearly a year (shown here) was the last train to operate on this short ex-CP branch line. The train was stranded due to a derailment about half a mile north of this crossing. The engine and the cars were moved about two weeks after this photo was taken.
