I have read the tales of Richard Steinheimer in the mountains, chasing elusive trains in unbearable weather.
Well, I had some adventure today, even if it was in Queens, New York, where the only mountains are made of glass and steel.
Who needs Donner Pass or the Bitterroots when you have Queensboro Plaza and three 400 ton 10 car trains in the second worst snow storm in New York City history.
Photographs where trains and people mix, weather it's street running, plant switching or carrying a unit grain train out of an elevator, it will be put here.
