| CSX Toledo to Columbus freight Q637 ducks under what was one of the last intermediate cantilever signals on the former C&O. After controlling the passage of trains battling Powell Hill powered by everything from C&O T-1's and H-8's to CSX's latest ES44AH's this signal was removed from service in early February 2016 as CSX continues the installation of new signals and PTC. |
