Bucking the deep stuff at MP 307.0. Just west of Sublette, DRGW 487 slips the drivers a bit as she struggles uphill through the "white concrete" with a full flanger consist behind her. From a plowing standpoint, this was the "high water mark" of our 2016 Flanger trip. Although we did take some additional shots just west of this location, the gusty wind blew all of the heavy smoke toward the photo line, making it nearly impossible to get clean images of the operation.
