Norfolk Southern's debut run of the Operation Awareness & Response (OAR) eductional train moved from Altoona, PA to Enola, PA on Saturday, April 23, 2016. The train is seen crossing the Juniata River at Mount Union, PA as NS train 974C123 on Saturday afternoon. Two more 89-foot flat cars and perhaps a lil red caboose will be joining the train at a future date following painting.
