| A former Santa Fe GP40X prepares to tie up after working yard duties at BNSF's Cicero Yard. In the background a westbound coal train is seen passing East End Tower with the Chicago skyline looming 8 miles away. EMD built a total of 23 GP40X's and 10 bought by the Santa Fe. BNSF kept all 10 of them with 6 still dressed up in Santa Fe colors. |
