A New Face in Town

An interesting little train passes through Fullerton, California, as the sun was rising on June 16th, 2016. This train originated at EMD's plant in Muncie, IN, and has been handled by both Norfolk Southern and BNSF Railway, for the sole purpose of delivering Metrolink's brand-new F125 diesel to Los Angeles. The train consists of BNSF ES44C4s 8109 and 6756, flat car OTTX 92970, SCAX F125 905 and flat car OTTX 97376. The flats are to provide extra axles for braking.
