| With the downturn in freight traffic after the Russian annexation of the Crimea, much of the region's motive power was put into storage. VL8-925 was built in 1964 and is probably more fit for a museum than freight service. The rest of Russia's VL8 fleet has already been retired. This one's fate is now uncertain. |
