| Having left Union Pacific's Nevada Subdivision at Hazen UP's Mina Local begins its journey down the Mina Branch towards Wabuska, NV. Leaving town the local rattles the switch to the Fallon Branch. Power this day includes GP40-2s 1486 and 1376. UP 1486 began life on the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad as GP40 #216, the unit eventually went to MK where it was rebuilt as SP GP40M-2 7116. |
