| Union Pacific's Los Angeles to Denver Z train is gaining some rare mileage as it detours north over Metrolink's Valley Subdivision due to a massive wildfire in Cajon Pass. The train has just met detouring Amtrak train #3 the Southwest Chief, also forced off its regular route through Cajon, and will continue up California's central valley then east via Donner Pass. |
