Lonely and unloved at Beech Grove are the Talgo cars originally commissioned by the state of Wisconsin for Hiawatha service, a contract which Scott Walker's administration cancelled. Talgo declared a breach of contract, abandoned their facility in Milwaukee, and sent the cars to be stored at Beech Grove.
