      Waiting for permission to proceed is San Luis Rio Grande No. 459. Built for Amtrak as a F40PHR it was later rebuilt as a F40M-2F. I hope I have the information correct.

      Motive Power Industries and GMD of Canada have rebuilt the EMD F40PH. These rebuild F40s are slowly fading, but some can be seen in California and Canada.
