A pair of "Oakways" bring this Cilco, Edwards station coal train towards the TP&W yards. The BNSF would bring the train to Peoria, the Peoria & Pekin Union (P&PU) would transfer it to the TP&W, and the TP&W would deliver it to the plant, via Union Pacific trackage. Simple enough.
