Two empty coal trains bound for loading on the Kanawha River Railroad idle away at the north end of Elmore Yard, awaiting crews to bring them over the hilly ex-Virginian Princeton-Deepwater District, of which the north end is still in operation. Both trains feature special visitors for run through power; today's train (KNWA KN-50) has NS SD60E #911, the Honoring First Responders unit while the next train features one of the 20 heritage units painted by NS to honor predecessor railroads, this one being NS ES44AC #8100, the "Nickel Plate Road" heritage unit.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
