    Remarks & Notes
I made a trip in 2001 to shot the BNSF coal line east of Alliance. At this time mainly SD70MAC's were king of the region, but a few odd ball DC sets were mixed in. Here a loaded coal train has 3 DC's heading east towards Lincoln, NE. The train is east of Hyannis, and about 60 miles east of Alliance. The Sandhills Sub is a pretty cool line to shoot, especially in August when the Nebraska wildflowers are in full bloom.
