| New Kids On The Block Sitting quietly at the helper pocket at Cowan,TN (MP J-86.8 SE Cowan) is CSX J298-28 with a pair of slightly clean 2 month old ET44AH motors. The ET44AH motors are slightly becoming popular locomotive in all five of the Class 1 railroads across the U.S. especially CSX, and with no surprise a pair of these new behemoth GE are the second set of Tier 4 locomotive that has been assigned, and tested on the Helper District on the Chattanooga Sub. Note these pictures was taken with permission by personnel! |
