After I got off work, I heard the CP train B39 tone up the CN RTC to get lights from Wood to Dubuque Junction. So I grabbed a shot of them passing by the CN depot at Jones Street, where I just left work! A couple GTW 38's is the CN's night local power which is park on the dock track here. The CP uses about 2 miles of CN trackage thru Dubuque. B39 is the Savanna to Mason City local.
