| T59 has just slowed to stop just east of the Balsam Stop board. Here the conduction will set the retainers before heading down the steep grade ahead. Maintenance on the railroad's fleet of GP39-2s has left the crew with two units running facing east, forcing them to run long hood forward down the mountain. |
