A pair of EMD's sit outside the Metra Western Avenue Shop, an Ex-RTA F40PH-3 the "City of Lockport", and an F59PH, which is Ex-GOT 526, retired by Toronto, CA GO Transit a few years ago. Just a few yards away sits Nickel Plate 765 under steam.
Motive Power Industries and GMD of Canada have rebuilt the EMD F40PH. These rebuild F40s are slowly fading, but some can be seen in California and Canada.
