      Remarks & Notes
The Missouri Pacific Colorado Eagle streamlined passenger train used to split these signals at lightning speed 812.0 miles west of St. Louis. On the unused Pueblo Line today, which was known as the MP Horace Sub., the only thing bolting between these forlorn General Railway Signal D Head color lights, is far from metaphorically speaking.

The line here has sat unused by through trains since 1998, and is now owned by A&K Railroad Materials. Watco owns the line from the Kansas State Line eastward, and operates it as the Kansas & Oklahoma Railroad.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
