| Upgrade. A Société du chemin de fer de la Gaspésie windmill train (which consists of 72 flat cars holding 48 windmill blades, as well as 1 loaded woodchip car up front) is climbing a grade as it heads through the town of Nouvelle-Ouest, with the third RS-18 releasing a bit of smoke. |
