Vintage train from Steam Inc depot at Paekakariki (near Wellington) arrives at Taihape. 608 was built in 1915 and was dedicated as a War Memorial in 1925 in remembrance of hundreds of railwaymen who never returned from the battles of WWI. The locomotive is owned by New Zealand Railway & Locomotive Society.
