| Running on its last trip prior to being renamed the "Redwood Empire," ATSF 33 looks sharp on the rear of the northbound Coast Starlight as it brings up the markers just north of Santa Margarita. Traveling south to Los Angeles from Oakland the day before, the car is returning home to the Bay Area and is seen with a splash of spring colors blooming here as it approaches a bridge spanning the banks of the Santa Margarita River. |
