Tonnage for Vermont Rail System's Washington County Railroad was heavy out of Newport, Vermont, and through cooperative operations with the Central Maine & Quebec, was moved with a little help from pooled motive power. CMQ GP38-3 3812 led VTR GP38-3 207 on the southbound Newport-White River Junction train NPWJ-14 on April 14 and is seen switching the CTI mill at Lyndonville, VT.
