After spending all day Sunday spotting flatcars on the dock, the Albany Port RR heads off the dock for the engine house. The Combi Dock I is delivering another ship load of components for gas fired power plants under construction in Pennsylvania. The components are being loaded on flatcars for the final few miles of the trip.
