| Conductor Steven Phares is on the footboards of ATSF 3751 sporting a vintage Santa Fe conductor’s uniform complete with kerosene fueled hand lantern. This scene was part of a fund raising shoot for the San Bernardino Railroad Historical Society to help defray the costs to bring the 3751 to Fullerton Railroad Days event, which was held on May 5 & 6 2017. The SBRHS will soon begin the necessary repairs required by the Federal Railroad Administration to bring her into compliance with the one thousand four hundred seventy-two (1472) service day inspection. This process could take up to two years to complete. Your donations would be greatly appreciated.
