This SD60F was sitting all alone just outside the Symington Yard diesel shop. These 5500's are now all classified as retired, time will tell if these draper tapers are ever in service again. One can only hope that some shortline somewhere will rescue them...
Freight Cowls are standard locomotives that have a hood that extends the full width of the locomotive. Sadly, most Freight Cowls have been retired, but a few still run on short lines.
