| Another empty Scherer coal train uses the alternate route to get back to the Memphis gateway from the massive Georgia Power plant in Juliette, GA. Instead of traversing back north through the congested area of Atlanta, this train has traveled south to Macon and then turned west. From there it will go to Columbus and then through Opelika and Birmingham and onto Sheffield before returning back to the BNSF in Memphis. And yes, that is a blue basketball on the ground. |
