| A loaded "C" train rolls behind "downtown" Appalachia on ex-Southern rails. The "C" commonly stood for "consolidated" as these loads will be consolidated with additional loads at Yuma for the remainder of the trip to Bulls Gap. The track immediately to the right is the ex-L&N's CV main line through town. |
