Westbound to Port Jervis with approaching Middletown-Town of Wallkill Train Station. The leader was originally built for NJ Transit as F40PH-2 NJT 4115 (later upgraded to F40PH-2CAT). It was sold to Metro-North and rebuilt into F40PH-3C MNCW 4911 in 2012.
