it is late afternoon and the Pennsy's summer time NORTHERN ARROW with sections headed for Cincinnati, St. Louis and Chicago via Fort Wayne has backed out onto the railroad dock to pick up passengers from Mackinac Island who are aboard the approaching Steamer ALGOMAH II.
