| "TOMC Over Sunnyside from Days Inn"
New York City Transit's "Train of Many Colors" (TOMC) crosses from the local to the express track over Amtrak's Sunnyside Yard on the IRT Flushing Line as seen from the top of the Long Island City Days Inn Hotel. The train carried guests from 34th Street–Hudson Yards to Mets-Willets Point for 19th-century “base ball” game in beautiful Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. *Special thanks to the management at Days Inn for the roof access. |
