| The classic outside frame 2-8-2s charging up the 4% grade may be more glamorous, but there is a lot of behind the scenes work to make that happen. A speeder crew follows each steam train with the equipment seen here to scout for brush fires. The GE is used for MOW trains. Behind all this is the last 2 stalls of what used to be a larger roundhouse built in 1899. |
