Pan Am Southern is moving the Strates Carnival train, only partially loaded as many components were trucked from Buffalo to Essex Jct., VT. Train is seen passing the old interlocking tower at Johnsonville, NY, on the way from Rotterdam to Hoosick Jct., NY for delivery to Vermont Rail System.
