| In the sweet light of late afternoon, a westbound stack train is in the middle of its climb out of Needles and up Goffs Hill. The train is between the railroad locations of Ibis and Bannock and has just passed the highway grade crossing at Arrowhead Junction. The Dead Mountains of California are in the immediate background with the Black Mountains of Arizona beyond. |
