Skiritng the Pacific Ocean just north of Emma Wood State Beach, UP 2760 leads the northbound PGMSL1 11 (Gemco, Calif. to San Luis Obispo, Calif.) business car special, 17 cars total, over the ex-Southern Pacific coast line on a warm afternoon.
