Railfanning is a lot like gambling in my opinion. Sometimes you're dealt a great hand, sometimes you're not. Sometimes you pick the right spot for a meet and sometimes you don't. I was dealt a good hand and picked the right spot to stand for this 3-way meet at Deshler. The train on the far right was actually stopped at the time but the other two were timed perfectly. Add good light and a nice B&O signal to the mix you have the entire train watching experience one can have in Deshler in this photo.
