Amtrak's Southbounds Coast Starlight travelling along UP's Coast Sub. Most of the line here is inaccessible due because it's running through Vandenberg AFB or Private Grounds. Only on Jalama Beach it is possible to access the stunning coast scenery. While the coast has sun,a massive fog wave is hanging over the coast mountains.
