Remarks & Notes

Painted in a Reading Company heritage livery, this former BNSF GP30 pushes a Reading & Northern push pull excursion back to Jim Thorpe having made a trip to the 161' tall former CNJ Hometown Trestle. Amazingly, this was one of three R&N passenger trains which ran Fall excursions this day, the other two being the Gorge train and an RDC trip from Pottsville, PA.
