Southbound stacks, NS 221, waits at Traber as northbound NS 314 blasts by. After 314 passed, the dispatcher told 221's crew that they had to wait for two more northbounds, NS 204 and NS G85. Unfortunately for the motorists in Liberty, NS 221 had all the crossing through town blocked.
